Tsunami Bar Force

The Tsunami Bar FORCE (previously known as Level 3) is 90″ long, weighs 15-lbs, and has a recommended loading range of 45 to 135 lbs per side. Total weight range is 105 to 285 which can result in reversal forces exceeding 800-lbs. It comes with one pair of 3″ pinned Croc Locks and one pair of standard Croc Lock collars. The FORCE Bar is a transition barbell between developing SPEED and MAX absolute strength. A really strong lifter possessing speed and explosiveness can certainly use this bar with speed application; however, the FORCE Bar is capable of carrying a 270-lb load so the application of force development is the primary characteristic of this barbell. The lifter’s goal is to achieve Dynamic Loading and Unloading through bar oscillation while progressing through heavier loads.
