What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. For phone or email orders, we can invoice via PayPal. We also accept money orders and checks in U.S. funds from a U.S. bank.

Do you offer discounts for purchase orders (POs)?

Yes, we reserve the right to offer discounts on POs based on order size. This is at the discretion of the staff processing the order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Please allow 5–10 days for delivery. Special shipping requests should be communicated in advance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping options will be available at checkout based on your location.

What if I received a damaged or missing item?
