How?

The Bowtie was designed to provide evenly distributed compression around the shoulders (glenoids) helping to guide them back into their proper position (central socket). Worn during activity or at rest, the Bowtie helps reduce tightness in the shoulders, helps open up the chest and upper body (relieving pressure on the brachial plexus) while also reducing stress on surrounding tissues including the bicep tendon.
